Tufts: Outreach from Community Organizations Is Key to Engaging Youth of Color

The Tufts Center for Information & Research on Civic Learning and Engagement (CIRCLE) research from the past two decades explains that outreach from community organizations is key to engaging youth voters of color. According to the report, “Youth of color contacted by community organizations were less likely to be non-voters, paid greater attention to local, Congressional, and Senate elections, and were more likely to be participating in a variety of political activities.”
