Angela is PTV’s Communications Manager. She holds a B.A. from the University of Texas at San Antonio in Digital Communication and a minor in Technology Management and has prior experience with a variety of pro-democracy organizations. Angela is responsible for PTV’s social media, graphic design, marketing, and all things communication.
